1. Who may use Catchlane
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Catchlane for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly through the contact page if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. The service
Catchlane provides tools for capturing inquiries, organizing leads, tracking quotes, scheduling manual and automatic follow-ups, collaborating with team members, and reviewing business activity. Features may evolve as the product improves. We may modify or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary, and we will try to avoid materially disrupting active customers.
4. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payment details. Trials, founding prices, promotions, and complimentary access may have separate eligibility or duration rules shown when offered.
You can manage or cancel a paid subscription from the billing page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are nonrefundable.
5. Your data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of information you enter into Catchlane. You give Catchlane permission to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to provide and secure the service.
You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect and contact leads, keeping automated messages accurate, honoring opt-outs and other communication preferences, and complying with privacy, consumer-protection, telemarketing, and email rules that apply to your business.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Catchlane to break the law, send spam, harass or deceive people, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, probe or bypass security, overload the service, scrape data without permission, or access another customer's account or information.
7. Catchlane property
Catchlane and its original software, branding, design, and documentation belong to Catchlane and its licensors. These terms give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service while your account remains in good standing.
8. Third-party services
Catchlane relies on services such as Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and hosting providers. Their separate terms may apply to their portions of the service. Catchlane is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
9. Availability and warranties
We work to keep Catchlane dependable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee that every lead will respond or become a customer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Catchlane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Catchlane's total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Catchlane during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Catchlane at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or when required by law. Provisions that logically should continue after termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Catchlane changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
